Tommy & Tonic
2 oz. Tommyrotter American Gin
1 dash orange bitters
tonic water (preferably Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic)
lime wedge
- In a collins glass, add ice, gin and bitters. Fill the rest of the glass with tonic. Squeeze lime wedge into glass, then give it a quick stir.
Barreled Gin Dark & Stormy
1.5 oz. Tommyrotter Cask Strength Bourbon Barrel Gin
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. brown sugar syrup*
0.25 oz. Cynar
ginger beer
mint sprig to garnish
Combine all liquids except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker. Shake briefly to incorporate. Strain into a collins glass with ice, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with sprig of mint.
*In a mason jar, combine equal parts brown sugar and water, shake vigorously until sugar has dissolved.
Vodka
VESPER
0.5 oz. Tommyrotter Small Batch Vodka
2 oz. Tommyrotter American Gin
0.25 oz Lillet Blonde
Combine all liquids in cocktail shaker and shake over ice until well chilled, then strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.
Whiskey
Old Fashioned
1.5 oz. Tommyrotter Triple Barrel American Whiskey
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
splash of soda water
Place sugar cube in rocks glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of soda water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange peel.
