Visit us For a Tasting!
Our tasting room is currently closed until spring.
Each year we close in the winter while we travel to support our distributors.
If you can’t link up with us this winter, our products are available at almost every liquor store in the Western New York region.
We’re typically not around during the weekends, but someone is always around during business hours throughout the course of the week. If you really want to check out the distillery, give us a call. Chances are that we’re around and can let you in! The tasting room sits on a mezzanine level above the production floor and offers views of our processes. Guests are welcome to free, guided tastings of our award-winning spirits. Cocktails made with Tommyrotter products are available down the hall from our tasting room at Compass Run, an unaffiliated but great restaurant and neighbor to the distillery. We'd love your company!
